I’m looking for clean and respectful professionals (or mature students).

All bills are included (even a cleaner for the communal areas).

Central location, 5 minutes walk to the train station, city centre, university etc.

2 large living-rooms/dining rooms, separate kitchen (including 2 fridges,2 freezers, also washing machine and separate tumble dryer under the stairs), 2 bathrooms, and a attractive sun-trap yard.
