The Kitchen
Kitchen with all new utensils, dishwasher, built in double oven and microwave.

Laundry Facilities
Brand new heat pump tumble dryer and washing machine.

Relaxing communal room with comfortable seating, large new TV with Netflix and table and chairs.

Close to a wide range of local amenities, shops, a range of takaways, co op, coffee shops, greggs plus more! Close to the river Caldew leading to country walks and wide open views, the lake district mountains are clearly in sight.
Local bus routes and a short 10 minute walk to the city center, restaurants, many bars, huge vue cinema and the train station.

Parking
On street disc zone parking available, for full time parking a residential permit is available via the council for tennants.
A vistitors parking permit is with the household.
