Two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs generally shared with one other person and storage available for each tenant. Each bathroom contains a power shower running off the new combie boiler with good flow/pressure. The downstairs bathroom also includes a Jacuzzi P bath for relaxing and unwinding.
The Kitchen
Kitchen with all new utensils, dishwasher, built in double oven and microwave.
Laundry Facilities
Brand new heat pump tumble dryer and separate washing machine, good quality machines for reliability and quiet operation.
The Communal Room
Relaxing communal room with brand new comfortable couches, latest new 55" LG smart TV and table and chairs, there is currently a great atmosphere in the house. Again, bright and airy from natural light!
Currently 3x males, ages 23 to 38.

Secure Outhouse/Yard
There is a secure outhouse to store bicycles and is accessed from the rear yard, electric supply for bike charging.
Close to a wide range of local amenities, shops, a range of takaways, co op, coffee shops, greggs plus more! Close to the river Caldew leading to country walks and wide open views, the lake district mountains are clearly in sight.
Local bus routes and a short 10 minute walk to the city center, restaurants, many bars, huge vue cinema and the train station.
Parking
On street parking available, for full time parking a residential permit is available via the council for tennants.
A vistitors parking permit is with the household.
I have been a landlord for over 10 years, nrla registered and provide a high standard to my tennents and keep my propertys up to a high standard.
Tennents must be working full time.
I carry out affordability/credit and reference checks on all tennents.
