Two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs generally shared with one other person and storage available for each tenant. Each bathroom contains a overhead power shower running off the new combie boiler with good flow/pressure.

The Kitchen
Kitchen with all new utensils, dishwasher, built in double oven and microwave.

Laundry Facilities
Brand new heat pump tumble dryer and separate washing machine, good quality machines for reliability and quiet operation.

The Communal Room
Relaxing communal room with brand new comfortable couches, new 55" LG smart TV and table and chairs, there is currently a great atmosphere in the house. Again, bright and airy from natural light!

Currently 3x males, ages 23 to 38, very easy going and enjoy the high living standard.

Close to a wide range of local amenities, shops, a range of takaways, Co Op, coffee shops, Greggs and Sainsbury's up the road plus more! Close to the river Caldew leading to country walks and wide open views where the lake district mountains are in sight on a clear day.
Local bus routes and a short 5 minute walk to the city center, restaurants, bars, huge vue cinema, museum and the train station. Also Carlisle's Rickerby Park and Bitts Park for walks by the River Eden.

Parking

On street parking available, a full time parking residential permit is available via the council for tennants, easily applied for.

I have been a landlord for over 10 years and provide a high standard for my tenants and maintain my propertys to a high standard. This is a family buisness so there is no middle man or agency, this works very well as tenants can contact there landlord directly for isues, should there be any.
