A twenty minute drive and you arrive at the lake District, there are also transport links close by including the train station. There is Rickerby park not far away by the river Eden for long country walks.

The house is located on a quiet section of road with an open space and much less traffic.

The house itself is fantastic. Through to the hall from the vestibule there is a huge south facing comunal living room with a bay window and high ceiling that looks out onto an open front so there is a great sense of space. There is a large HD 65" smart tv and Youfiber 1Gig wifi with boosters on every floor to satisfy everyones needs and keep good connection.
