Available at the start of December i have 6 rooms, 3 have new ensuites, rooms all have brandnew beds with comfortable luxury pocket spring mattresses and new furniture. One of the rooms has a built in electric fire place and can be controlled by remote control.

Spread over 3 floors, the top three available rooms have wash units/sinks with mains hot and cold water in each room. The others are all ensuite.

This is a home set as a hmo but it did used to be a bed and breakfast, there is plenty of space so no feeling of overcrowding should you have guests visit.

The location couldn't be better being a 5 minute walk to the center of town for a superb range of restaurants, bars and shops. Also a short distance away there is a lidl, tesco, and asda for those weekly groceries or even closer there is a corner shop for them smaller items. Further straight down the road is junction 43 of the M6. A twenty minute drive and you arrive at the lake District, there are also transport links close by.

The house is also located on a section of road that carries a lot less traffic than further down so it tends to be a lot quieter.

The house itself is just beautiful. Through to the big hall from the vestibule there is a huge south facing comunal living room with an edwardian bay window and high ceiling that looks out onto an open front so there is a great sense of openness when you step out the front door. There is also a stunning original fireplace and a huge crystal chandelier. There is also a large HD smart tv and Youfiber 1Gig wifi with boosters on every floor to satisfy everyones needs and keep good connection.

There is a seperate utility room with yet more worktop space, wall units, washing machine and a new heat pump tumble dryer for quiet running.

The kitchen, again is a another fantastic new place! Plenty of worktop and cupboard space for every tennent, there is a dishwasher and a 7 ring gas hob, twin double oven, fridge freezer, two microwaves and an air fryer. Cutlery, crockery and a range of pans and cooking utensils are also provided. Walking out of the kitchen you enter the large dining room with table and chairs, built in storage together with some original features including a gas log burner/stove. The Edwardian house was built in 1865 and is of a big scale so if space is something you are after and not poky or small then this could be for you!

There is a new gas central heating system for reliability and has new double glazing throughout, new composite doors front and rear so you can be assured its a well heated, insulated and a secure house to live in.

All the rooms are all of a very good size with high ceilings giving a good sense of personal space. Some of the rooms have additional built in storage. Ensuite rooms are nicely done with a modern feel, iluminated mirrors and a storage cabinet.

There is a large block paved back yard with outdoor seating to relax and unwind in, in summer, also a secure lock up for those with a bike.
