The top floor in spacious Victorian family home with bags of character located on a quiet private street in Carlisle. Access to the top floor is through the main family house up two sets of stairs. On the top floor are two bedrooms (one currently let to a couple), the other is available. This is large enough for a double room but currently has 1 single bed in. There is a living area for the top floor with kitchenette. There is a newly appointed spacious shower room dedicated for the top floor only. The property is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the city centre, with good access to public transport.
We are a three generation family home ranging from newborn to retirement age (3 adults and 2 small children). This would best suit mature students or professionals. Cleanliness and consideration essential. No smoking or vaping in the property at anytime.
