All houses are lovely modern Victorian houses which have been recently renovated. The houses are very friendly with all occupants working professionally.,

The houses are a close walk into the city center

The houses have a large shared living room and a very spacious fully stocked kitchen with a separate Laundry Room.

We have a weekly cleaner that comes in to clean the communal areas.

All bills are included within the price including council tax. The rent is payable monthly.

We collect the rent per calendar month in advance.
