The house has a large shared living room and a very spacious fully stocked kitchen with a separate Dining Room

We have a weekly cleaner that comes in to clean the communal areas.

All bills are included within the price including council tax.

We collect the rent per calendar month in advance.

We have been letting both student and professional houses for over 18 years and are a family run business. All our houses are checked by the council as we are licensed landlords. This gives you the added protection that you will be looked after correctly.
