Application, identification, references, deposit and a UK-based guarantor are required. A Right to Rent share code may also be needed. All paperwork is completed easily online.
Utilities and cleaning are subject to fair-use terms. The room is staged for photographs, so please bring your own favourite bedding.
👫 Couples are welcome, subject to an additional £75 charge.
