The Penthouse is approx 227 sq ft, 21 sq meters. A bright, large room with two windows, original 18th century oak beams and wooden flooring.

It is furnished with a king size bed, workstation, armchair, bedside lamp, wardrobe and storage cubby.

Ideal for independent professionals. The spacious communal kitchen area is equipped with a seven burner, three oven range. Bosch dishwasher, American style fridge freezer and a huge dining table. All kitchen equipment is provided.

There are three shower rooms plus a separate utility room over three floors.

House mates have occasional social evenings, music or movie nights together and some hikes in The Lake District, which you will of course be invited to join.

Usually someone to chat to in the kitchen or enjoy the privacy of your own space.

Parking is in the nearby, well lit car park with a resident’s low cost permit from the council. Bike parking available outside.
