Two double rooms near Kendal.

Looking to rent a couple of rooms in my Edwardian house. Views overlooking open fields in the Longsleddale valley, king size beds, lots of original features, both rooms have radiators and there are two fires downstairs, single glazed sash windows with insulated blinds, decent dining room and kitchen.
This house was built by my Great Great Uncle for my Great Great Grandmother (his mother) and it has been in the family ever since so I'm looking for people who are sympathetic to the fact that this is a family house and I see myself as more of a custodian of the house, trying to preserve it for future generations but of course these days, that isn't easy in The Lakes.
Apparently I have to tell you the house is band F for council tax. Not sure why I have to do that but it gives you an idea of why renting rooms has become necessary!
