Available 7 days per week.
Single occupancy only, no over night guests without prior permission of landlord. No smoking inside the property and no pets.
Furnished property. Double bedroom, (bed - small double). One of three rooms in a converted coach house in the grounds of a Manor House.
Sharing bathroom (with one other who does shifts of 4 days on and 6 days off) Open plan lounge and kitchen/diner.
Broadband.
Bedding and towels not included.
One weeks notice required to vacate or forfeit deposit. Rent is payable in times of absence.
Gosforth is three miles from either Sellafield gate and roughly same for Drigg.
Gosforth has lots of good pubs and restaurants, a bakery and is a ten minute drive from Wasdale.
