Looking for friendly lodger(s), preferably in full time employment.
Lodging Fees: £600/ mth (£800 for couples) paid in advance. Security Deposit: £600 paid on contract day (£800 for couples). Could be paid in 2 monthly instalments.
For short ( 1 to 3 months) contracts: NEGOTIABLE, starting from £650/mth (£850 for couples), paid in advance for the whole contract, NO SECURITY DEPOSIT NEEDED.
