Good sized double room in 3 bed house. Nov to Feb

We are looking for an easy going person to rent our fully furnished double room in a friendly house share near to Kendal leisure center and Asda.
The room is currently only available from November to February whilst my partner and I and our 2 dogs are away travelling in Europe over winter. (4 months)
There may be some scope for it to be longer term as one of our current lodgers is looking at buying her own house.
The house is fully furnished and has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, big garage with storage for outdoor gear, beautiful garden, driveway parking for 4 cars and virgin broadband. All bills are included.
The house is over 3 floors and has 2 bathrooms.
2 friends rent the other 2 rooms in the house.
One girl is in her 20s and works in Ambleside and the other girl in her 30s and works from home.
Both girls are very creative and great cooks. Hobbies include gym, wild swimming, crafts, hiking and yoga.
Ideally we are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, social but not a party animal and easy to get along with.
Dogs considered.
