Room to let in Kirkby Thore, furnished with small double bed, wardobe and desk.

I work as an outdoor instructor, so have the following kit areas set up - there can be space for your kit too:

Shed for kit storage with heater and dehumidifier for winter drying.
Garage used for boat storage.

Shared living room with woodburner
Bath room has a bath, second toilet downstairs
Garden with pond and veg patch.
Driveway for one vehicle, street parking for second.

Room currently having some repainting and deep cleaning, ready with a week or two.
