Spare room in terraced cottage, Lazonby

I have a small double room for rent in Lazonby, available from mid July.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. As the room is small there is not a lot of storage space available and the room probably suits someone best who needs accommodation for work through the week.

The bedroom is private but all other space is shared with me and my partner (live in landlord).

The house has a kitchen with washing machine and all other appliances you would need.

There is a small living area with a log burner.

The garden is about to undergo some improvements so is a bit of a no go area at the mo but will have a shed in the next couple of months for storage.

Phone signal is patchy in the village but I have wifi in the house.

Looking for someone who is ideally vegan/vegetarian or at least won’t bring meat into the house. Someone who is pretty chill, easy going, clean and respectful.

I am not home so much through the day and am quite often away. I am pretty active so usually out and about riding, running etc.
