Spare room in terraced cottage, Lazonby

I have a small double room for rent in Lazonby, available from mid September.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. As the room is small there is not a lot of storage space available and the room probably suits someone best who needs accommodation for work through the week or someone looking for a short term rental between things.

The bedroom is private but all other space is shared with me and my partner (live in landlord).

The house has a kitchen with washing machine and all other appliances you would need.

There is a small living area with a log burner.

The garden is currently undergoing some improvements so is a bit of a no go area at the mo but should be complete by the end of the month.

Phone signal is patchy in the village but I have wifi in the house.

Looking for someone who is ideally vegan/vegetarian or at least won’t bring meat into the house. Someone who is pretty chill, easy going, clean and respectful.

I am not home so much through the day and am quite often away. I am pretty active so usually out and about riding, running etc.
