Room to let in the countryside

Hi, I am renting out a 2nd bedroom in two bedroom property.
The room has a double bed and access to shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.
There are views out to a field at the back and the pennines at the front
It's located in a quiet village just 8 miles from penrith, approx 22miles from kendal.
Bills included in rent are broadband and council tax.
It's available short term or long term.
There is parking sometimes by the house or 50m down the road.
You would be living with a friendly outdoor instructor, who is easy to live with, considerate and active. Household would suit someone similar that does not work from home. Pets are welcome in the property, there are none currently.
