Room to let in the countryside

Hi, I am renting out a 2nd bedroom in an end terrace house.
The room has a double bed and access to shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.
There is a utility room with washer and dryer and the property has a wood burner in the living room, air source heat pump and solar panels
There are views out to a field at the back and the Pennines at the front
It's located in a quiet village just 8 miles from Penrith, approx 22miles from Kendal.
Bills included in the rent are broadband and council tax.
It's available short term or for 3 months from 1st January and negotiable after this.
There is parking by the house for 1 car or additional parking a 30 second walk down the road.
You would be living with a friendly outdoor instructor, who is easy to live with, considerate and active. Household would suit someone similar that ideally does not work from home. Pets are welcome in the property, there are none currently.
