I am advertising as a live-in landlord for a professional lodger for a spacious double room with all bills included. The house is a relatively newly built home situated very close to Penrith Town centre. The room is a double room on the first floor floor with the bathroom which is shared with only one another.

Room amenities: Large Double bed, Fitted shelves, Desk and chair, Modern TV with streaming enabled, bedside table and lamp, blinds and blackout curtains.

House amenities include the following:
Fridge/Freezer, Washing machine, oven + cooking hob, dryer, toaster, kettle, and kitchen cookware/cutlery.

There are two cats in the home whom are quite independent and well trained.

I am looking for a professional who appreciates their own space but would like to live in a friendly home. All the occupants either work for the NHS or health adjacent industries so another person in a similar role is ideal.
