Double Room available close to Penrith Town Centre

I am advertising as a live-in landlord for a professional lodger. The house is a relatively newly built home situated very close to Penrith Town centre. The rooms and kitchen come fully furnished and the living room will be fully furnished in the next few weeks.

Room is on the second floor with the floor having its own bathroom.

All bills including the following are included : Wifi, Water, Gas. Electricity(including heating/hot water), TV licence are included.

There are two cats in the home whom are quite independent and well trained.

There are two rooms available to let out. the first add is for the double room with a single bed and is available immediately.

I am looking for a professional who appreciates their own space but would like to live in a friendly home. I myself live and work in Penrith so the ideal housemate would be in a similar situation.
