I have a lovely double room available in my first floor flat in Penrith town centre.

The room is currently furnished with a double bed and has a built in closet with clothes rail and drawers. There is space for a desk or extra drawers if you wish. Extra storage space is also available in the hallway.

Communal spaces include:

Kitchen
Front door leads into the kitchen which is equipped with everything that you need including washing machine.

Hallway
Very spacious hallway with the upper part being used as the dining area. Extra storage space is available in the large cupboard if needed.

Living area
Spacious living room and office space - you can use this space through the week if you work from home.

Bathroom
Large bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Outside
Private parking and shed space is available if required. The flat also has a good sized balcony overlooking Middlegate.

Terms
All bills are included. A deposit equivalent to 50% of one month’s rent is required, and rent is payable monthly in advance on the 1st of each month.

The property would be ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful and relaxed home. I’m looking for a lodger who is considerate, respectful and tidy, and who would feel comfortable treating the place as their home too 😊

I work full time and am out of the house quite a bit, but it's important to me to find the right person who I can also vibe with 🙌
