Shared facilities include: kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer and large induction hob; comfortable lounge with leather furnishings and a wood burning stove and a modern bathroom with heated towel rail, rain head shower and extra large bath.
The front of the house has a large decked area that overlooks the front garden and Holme Fell and a rear garden with a patio area and private parking spaces.
