Located just a few minutes walk from the train station, and with easy access to the A590, this property is ideal for commutes to Barrow Gas Terminal, BAE etc. and is walking distance to businesses in Ulverston as well.

The house has recently been refurbished to a high standard, there is access to two good sized modern bathrooms, a modern well equiped kitchen and a large communal living room. Super fast fibre Broadband is available and all bills are included.

There is ample on-road parking.

There are currrently 4 other occupants who are all professionals. The household is kept tidy and the communal areas are regularly cleaned.

*Please note this is a Monday to Friday let only, we are ideally looking for people who need a place to stay midweek whilst they work, but who would commute home to their primary property on the weekends. We are fine with people staying the occasional weekend if it is agreed upon beforehand.
