I am looking for a housemate to take the spare room, it is a single room but could fit a double. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly fitted out, and I have furnished the communal rooms. I am looking for someone who is tidy, good to talk to and a similar age to myself (early 20s).
£400/month but negotiable, plus split bills and council tax (band A).
The room also has a fantastic view of the Hoad.
