Double Room in cozy new build with parking

Hi, I'm advertising my spare room for a lodger starting January.
It's a double room but looking for single occupancy, ideally another woman or nb (no men basically). £600 per calendar month bills inclusive, ideally looking for long term 6+ months but this can be discussed. I will have pictures soon but rn the room doesn't have a bed in 🤣
Ulverston based new build, parking space on the drive, pleasant house mate if I say so 😇
Council tax band B, utilities and broadband included. Will need proof of employment and to vet you for safety reasons.
