Big & Bright Double Room in Ulverston with Parking

I'm advertising my furnished spare room for a new lodger available from the beginning of June. Ulverston based quiet new build, parking space on the drive, I live by myself and am quite a social person.

It's a big and bright double room but looking for single occupancy, ideally another woman of a similar age. £600 per calendar month bills inclusive, looking for long term 6+ months but this can be discussed. About a 20 minute drive to Barrow and less than 5 minutes to Ulverston town centre by car (co-op is 10 minutes on foot).

Council tax band B, utilities and broadband included. Access to washer dryer, full use of kitchen equipment. Will need proof of employment and to vet you for safety reasons. I can provide a reference from my current house mate on request.

I'm a tidy and respectful homeowner, I work full time and enjoy spending time with friends. I sometimes run, and love being outdoors. I'm quite easy going and can get along with most people.
