We have a lovely double ensuite bedroom available for working professionals Monday- Friday only. There is exclusive use of a self contained kitchen diner on the first floor of this gorgeous house. The area is safe and quiet. There is off road parking. The house is managed by a retired couple who live on the ground floor. Only 1 person who will have a lodger's agreement. The room is available as a serviced suite. The bedrooms and kitchen will be cleaned on a fortnightly basis and bed linen and towels will be done at the same time. Minimum stay 6 months for the lodger's agreement.
