Hi, I have a comfortable one-bedroom serviced apartment available in a quiet village just a few minutes from M1 Junction 30.
It’s mainly set up for Monday–Friday stays, but I’m flexible depending on your work pattern – this could include short midweek stays, occasional weekend bridge nights, or longer repeat bookings for ongoing projects.
The apartment works well for people working in the area for a few days or weeks at a time, especially:
Contractors and site workers
Business travellers
Amazon / logistics staff
Project teams and temporary assignments
Relocations
You’ll have everything you need for a straightforward, comfortable home from home stay, including:
Separate bedroom with en-suite
Lounge area with desk/workspace
Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster)
Washing machine
Quiet, peaceful village setting
Location is very convenient for work around the area, with quick access to:
M1 Junction 30, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Worksop, Barlborough Links Business Park, Amazon sites and Markham Vale and surrounding industrial estates.
I keep things simple and respectful here – it’s a quiet residential area, so this isn’t suitable for parties or events.
