2 Double rooms in charming cottage with scenic vi

A charming three bedroom cottage with parking, two receptions, a generous and well equipped kitchen and beautiful rear garden. There’s a shared renovated bathroom on 1st floor with extra WC downstairs. Having countryside views front and back, the cottage is just a short stroll from bus stops into Belper, countryside walks, and about 3 mins by car to town centre. Other close amenities include a convenience shop, pub/restaurant, and leisure centre. A peaceful location with easy access to town, a38/Ripley and a6/Matlock.

Looking for 2 housemates, prefer female professionals. I’m a conscientious and fun-loving person who enjoys a neat house and cooking great food! The log burner is so cosy in winter too!

The 1st room includes a double bed with storage space, double wardrobe, ikea book shelf, lamp, several power points, and window looking onto scenic views of the back garden and fields. Please provide your own bedding, I have spare available for short term.

2nd room includes double bed with storage, ikea bookhelf, side table, table lamp, numerous power points and a large built in wardrobe.

In the kitchen, I have a large fridge freezer, range cooker (7 gas rings, 2 ovens), washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, small appliances. Additional cupboard space will be provided.

Bills included: gas, electric, water, internet, council tax.
