A room has become available in my 5 bedroom detached house. I have a Double Room available (3/4 bed). The room shares a family bathroom with 1 other person who due to work is only here a couple of nights a week. The room is available from the 1st May 2025. The property is a purpose built 5 bedroomed detached house in Brimington Chesterfield. The rooms have been finished to the highest standard and the house has been designed to offer the very best facilities, which include; A spacious kitchen with modern facilities, down stars W/C and utility room. There are 2 separate downstairs living rooms. The house is licenced with the council as a HMO and meets all fire and safety regulations.
Manor Road is also on a regular bus route to Chesterfield town centre and within walking distance of the Royal Hospital.
There are currently 2 male and 1 female professionals living here although 1 tenant works away form home and is only here a couple of nights a week. I am the 3rd person here as a live in landlord. I have my own part of the house so there is plenty of space to socialise together as well as separate areas where you can relax and have your own privacy. Off road parking is available.
I am okay if tenants smoking however this needs to be outside the house. Please feel free to pop in and view with no obligation.
