At this time, the minimum term is 6 months unless otherwise agreed with the landlord.
We offer a 3 or 6 month fixed term contract, at the end of the fixed term the agreement will become ‘rolling’ with a months’ notice required to terminate. We can offer shorter agreements and rooms for couples – additional charges may apply for these types of tenancies.

It lies close to Cheshire to the west and Staffordshire to the south on the edge of the Peak District National Park.
