𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲
At this time, the minimum term is 6 months unless otherwise agreed with the landlord.
We offer a 3 or 6 month fixed term contract, at the end of the fixed term the agreement will become ‘rolling’ with a months’ notice required to terminate. We can offer shorter agreements and rooms for couples – additional charges may apply for these types of tenancies.

Buxton is a spa town in the Borough of High Peak, Derbyshire, England. It is England's highest market town at some 1,000 feet above sea level. It lies close to Cheshire to the west and Staffordshire to the south on the edge of the Peak District National Park. Boasting a wealth of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as natural wonders such as Poole’s Cavern.

Viewings are available by appointment, and we have flexibility for evening and weekend viewings. Due to the volume of rooms available and anticipated viewings, we will be booking a number of viewings on specific days.
