Lovely kept 2 bed semi with drive, usual house rooms, cracking back garden.
I’m about to hit 50 so not interested in any dramas. I’ve had a few lodgers and all but 1 has not great experiences. I am looking for a person, you is respectful, clean, tidy etc. I am not looking for someone who is going to lazy, having mates round, leaving stuff all over their floor, last time this happened my lodger had 12 bags of take away rubbish and a floor full of empty cans. I am looking for a decent person. I’m not difficult to get along with. Bills included also Internet. However mindfulness in regards to the bills is appreciated - wearing shorts and t-shirt with the heating on 25°c is just not on. Only interested in taking working people. Any dramas or hassle I will serve notice to vacate. If you are Looking for somewhere nice to live, relax and even enjoy. Feel free to message - pictures will be added soon. I’ve just finished decorating the room that will be on offer. Any questions please ask.
