Housemate / lodger

Currently living with my son I’m but moving out due to having cancer. He will be staying, he is an NHS professional who works shifts. So I am looking for someone to share the house with him.

I’m looking for an equally quite non smoking professional who can appreciate shift work. I have great neighbours and I will only be a mile or two away if needed.

You will have your own double bedroom.

Sharing the following :
Large lounge
Kitchen diner snug with patio doors leading to a. Lovely back garden
Downstairs loo
Main bathroom
Off road parking as long as your car does not leak oil or fluids if so there is street parking right in front of the house.
There is joint usage of a large larder indoor fridge and large larder freezer

Bills included and fast high speed wifi.

I have had issues before with sharers and I will only allow a genuine reliable respectful individual to reside with my son. It’s only fair if you are living in a decent home it is treated with respect which includes not breaking items, cleaning up after yourself and sharing the house chores etc.
