Just off Derby road so it is right on the main route into the town centre about 1 mile so 8 mins on the bus, easy access to Tesco express, Many fast food places literally 2 mins away. Plus McDonald’s a Gym and many other great places are just down the road.
The house has been fully renovated and refurbished to a high standard from top to bottom.
There is an Open plan Communal kitchen & dining area with a breakfast bar plus a large flat screen TV with Virgin lightning fast broadband. A very comfortable lounge area.
I am a live in Landlord with my dog Max who is very friendly and doesn't bite. I'm hardly there most of the year. It’s a very laid back and friendly house. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed so come take a look.
No drugs here and no heavy drinkers please as it’s a nice household of working people and drugs and alcohol always end up causing issues.
Absolutely no smoking at all so Only non smokers apply. Please don't say you don't smoke when you do as you will be given notice to leave.
Obviously, a credit and earnings, I. D check will need to be done.
The house has a band C EPC rating.
Full gas central heating.
Sorry but just Males as the house is all males and no couples as rooms are only licensed for single occupancy.
You must be in full employment and I don't take people who work from home all week sorry.
I do have a cleaner who comes in once a month but you are responsible for Keeping the place clean and tidy by cleaning up after yourself.
