Hello! We have one double bedroom in a shared property available.

Single occupant only. No couples. No children allowed to stay at the property.

£550 downstairs double bedroom available 1st September

Shared with two other male and one female working professional

10 mins walk to the centre of Chesterfield. Large retail parks a 5 minute walk away and a local coop corner shop. The hospital is less than 2 miles away and the property is next to the duel carriageway to the M1.

Bedroom 1 is downstairs with a large bay window and built in cupboard storage. Large 60” built in TV, bed, mattress, desk, chair, rail wardrobe AVAILABLE

Bedroom 2 faces the front side of the property and has a huge triple wardrobe. NOW LET

Bedroom 3 is back facing on the quiet side of the house NOW LET

Bedroom 4 is in an attic conversion and has an en suite with toilet sink and shower NOW LET

Bedroom 1,2,3 share a bathroom with a toilet sink and shower.

Rent is inclusive of all utility bills, broadband, and a communal area cleaner bi weekly. Council tax included. Contract will include a fair usage policy.

All our bedrooms have a double bed with memory foam mattresses, desk, chair and wardrobe.

There is a large kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, washing machine and dryer in a separate utility room. Microwave, kettle and toaster are provided. There is plenty of cupboard storage and a gas hob and electric oven.

There is a shared communal living room with sofas, coffee table and TV. A Netflix and Disney account Will be available to use at no cost.

A two weekly cleaner included in cost for communal areas. You are expected to tidy up after yourself and contribute to the cleaning rota.
To the back there is a large patio garden, shed space available to use and a Astro turf lawn. The front garden is raised from the street and fenced off around a patio.

This property benefits from free plentiful on street parking, and is a quiet neighbourhood.

We are looking for housemates who are clean, tidy and professional. Property is non smoking / vaping.

All applicants will be required to provide references and credit checks will be performed. We are experienced and professional landlords and are considerate and fair towards our tenants.

The property has a newly installed fire system and fire doors and is council compliant.

One months rent is required as a deposit which is fully refundable on departure subject to a full exit inventory.

Viewings can be arranged during day time or evening time, we live locally.
