Small one back available after short term rent in dec time

Newly refurbished 1905 house ready to move into very big rooms with huge 180cm high by 120cm wide new windows, one with new carpet other with old restored wood floor finished with wax.

Both rooms have garden view plus are very quiet with morning sun light. Each room has Bed mattress and wardrobes plus bedside table in both rooms.

new luxury bathroom rooms also finished to a very high standard with heated towel rails blue tooth speakers in the mirrors and great mirror and spot lighting with bath shower in the main bathroom.

I do have a dog called digby a French bull dog he's very friendly and like lots of attention so being dog friendly is. Essential as he's like my child.

I've always had a lodger so i know how important it is to get on with who I live with if we have similar interests and can socialise as well as live together then that would be great and above I just like nice polite people :)

You can see in the garden pic there lots stuff going on I'm building big raised rail way sleeper planters and laying new patio this month so it will be a really nice quite place to relax.
