Large newly refurbished Double Bedroom

My home is situated in Walton, Chesterfield and was built in the late 1950's. It is my childhood home so it is crucial that I find someone who would treat it always with respect and care. This is a 3-bed semi-detached house with only one bedroom to rent. My third bedroom is my home office.

The front double bedroom is very large, with two x freestanding pine wardrobes, a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is also new last year and there are two separate toilets. Downstairs is a kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, gas cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer but no dryer or
microwave. There is a separate dining room and lounge, and large hallway.

The garden is large with patio areas, lawns, fruit trees and bushes and is fairly private. I love gardening but could always do with some help out there!

I am in my mid 40's and am the only resident. I work fulltime from home. In my spare time I love playing tennis, travel, baking, and getting out into nature as much as possible. I have a driveway but fairly narrow. Room for two cars but not side by side.

This is a no-smoking, no drugs and no vaping house. Although this is my main home, it would only suit someone comfortable being on their own at times in case I sometimes work in a different location but at the moment I am here all the time. Length of stay open to negotiation. Would ideally prefer someone who doesn't work from home. Ideally working or retired applicants accepted.
