Bedsit in nice clean house close to centre

We have a delightful bedsit available in a house in a traditional Victorian house with grand entrance hall and stairway and generous high ceiling rooms. The house is made up of 7 bed sits and a self contained flat in the basement.
The room we have available is of a good size and is furnished with a range of kitchen units to store dry goods and pots and pans and with a built in fridge with freezer box. No longer will you have to worry if someone has taken your last drop of mil or eaten your last chocolate biscuit!!
There is a wash hand basin.
There is a small double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, comfy chair, desk and chair.
The room is on the first floor and looks out at the front of the house. There is a bathroom on the same floor with a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet. There is another bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a separate toilet. There is also a shared kitchen with two hobs, two ovens and a washing machine and tumble drier.

There is a courtyard garden out the back with a bike shed and chairs and washing line.

The rent includes heating, lighting, hot water, Council Tax and Broadband. There is a meter in the room to pay foe electricity that powers the sockets in the room. The communal rooms are cleaned on a regular basis.

The house is a short walk from the town centre one way or the college and train station the other. There is a range of shops at the end of the street including a Spar and several takeaways and two pubs.
