The room has recently been redecorated has new carpets & is furnished with double bed & large set of drawers.

Close to all amenities. Good transport links by bus or train to Sheffield, Chesterfield or further afield such as Leeds Nottingham

The house is a stones throw away from farmland & countryside with great walks.

There are two resident house cats & occasionally dogs that stay. Please only contact if you are happy being around animals & are in employment
