Update: I currently have two housemates (both female...hence the reason for our lodger suitability preference to be another female to live alongside them), sociable and respectable, so we are now looking for another professional to occupy this lovely room. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room. Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for couples.
