Replacement Key:
Charged at cost. The charge will be based on the actual cost of replacing the key or security device, with evidence provided upon request.
Withdrawal from Tenancy:
No charge, unless the tenant requests early termination. In such cases, the tenant may be required to cover the landlord's reasonable costs, which will be disclosed at the time of request.
Lockout Call-Out Charges:

- Out of hours (5:30 PM onwards): Charged at cost by the contractor.
Interest on Outstanding Debts:

Contract Variation:
