Tenant fees;

Replacement Key:

Depending on the type of locking system and key, replacement key charges range from £25 - £45 per key.

Withdrawal from tenancy:

After you have applied for a property and your referencing has started, if you decide you no longer want to move in there is a £100.00 Inc VAT withdrawal charge to cover our administration and referencing costs.

Lockout call out charge (during working hours):

Lockouts during working hours (9.30am - 5.30pm) £25.00 + VAT, contractor call out charge.

Lockout call out charge (out of hours):

Lockouts out of hours (after 5.30pm) is £50.00 + VAT, contractor call out charge.

Late payment of rent:

Interest will be charged at 3% APR above base rate on rent arrears.

Variation of tenancy start date:

If you decide you want to change your move in date AFTER your documents have been sent for signing there is a £50 + VAT administration charge to issue new legal documents.

Change of tenancy:

Referencing of additional tenants and variation of tenancy agreements after move in £100 + VAT.
