Charming accommodation with lovely features in a great location near to Derby University and Royal Derby Hospital. It also has quick and easy access to the city centre by foot so the house is perfect for students or professionals working at the hospital or in the city centre.

There is a convenience store right at the bottom of the street with a number of larger supermarkets and a gym nearby.

I am a 36 year old professional female looking for a female housemate. I will be a live in landlord and the room will be available from the end of August / beginning of September. I have a small cat who is very well house trained.

The room is a double bedroom overlooking the garden. It's furnished with a double bed, built in cupboard perfect for a wardrobe, flatscreen TV, drawers and bedside table. The drawers and bedside table can be removed if required.

The house has a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine and recently landscaped garden.

Two shared reception rooms and bathroom.

Bills included cover rent, Council Tax, gas/electricity, water, broadband and Virgin TV. I also pay for cleaner once a fortnight.
