Modern furnished double room with own bathroom

I've got a furnished double room available in my house, with its own bathroom, and I'm looking for someone to share the place with. All bills are included in the rent, including council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband.

The bedroom is a good size, with a kingsize bed, furniture and some nice lighting. You'll also have your own bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, so no fighting over the bathroom in the mornings!

The house has a nice outdoor patio area with a pizza oven and BBQs, which gets plenty of use when the weather's good. There's also a garage with a small home gym that you're welcome to use.

A little about me — I work from home, so I'm usually around during the day, but generally busy with work. I'm pretty easy-going and enjoy having a chat, cooking and making fresh pizza!

Ideally, I'd like to find someone who's friendly, tidy and easy to get along with. Someone who's happy to have a chat or occasionally do things together, but equally comfortable doing their own thing. I think it's important that we both feel at home and have our own space.

I'm not in a rush to fill the room, as I'd rather find someone I get along with.
