I have a spacious double room available in my modern three-storey townhouse in Draycott. It’s a comfortable, well-kept home in a quiet village, with easy access to Derby, Nottingham and the surrounding areas.

I live here too, and there’s already one lovely female lodger. I’m looking for someone else who’d enjoy making themselves at home here and appreciates having a relaxed, welcoming place to come back to after a busy day.

The house has a brand-new kitchen and bathrooms (two bathrooms and one downstairs WC), as well as a comfortable living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven and dishwasher, and there’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

I have a cleaner every fortnight who looks after the kitchen, living room and bathrooms, helping to keep the shared spaces fresh and tidy.

The rent is £750 per month, including bills. The room is furnished, and the house has fast broadband and parking outside.

Draycott is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is well placed for commuting, with easy access to the M1, bus links to Derby and Nottingham, local hospitals and East Midlands Airport.
