Description
We Invite Applications from both employed and also boni-fide students. All applicants must have a guarantor to apply to reside.
Recently renovated property opposite markeaton park and 200m from uni main campus. The description is E&OE as theres bound to be the occasional error or omission.
The letting contracts will be separate from each other and the applicants must be in a position to get on with residents on an inclusive basis from variouse walks of life . All applicants are referenced for the other sharers and nieghbor s.
Sometimes residents Are the owners and also our family visiting the peak district countryside , and or short let contracts and residents might be under 19 and over 50 despite the spec .
The Owner has control over the resident type and the policy is an inclusive style let . The owner has own room and owners often travelling and often not sleeping in the house due to travels. So applicants must assume live in landlord whilst chosing what to do.
As above the landlord ( Husband & wife ) and landlords assistants/operatives short term let residents stops over occasionally or more often , sometimes alone, sometimes with spouse residing within the Lower street level large basement fitted out room ( and also any other room that happens to be vacant.)
The occupiers / owners/tenants/lodgers/guests will occupy their own room, plus access, Lounge / garden /shed/Conservatory / alleyway and common areas, kitchen, bathroom facilities inc kitchen & facilities.
Currently (But does alter from time to time) we have 3 x rooms to let one being 2 rooms joined together . ( couple space )
Those are
1) a single= £115 per week single person
2) and a double = £125 per week single person
3) A couple double = £130 per week single or married couple
The figures include reasonable use of water/gas/electricity/internet etc.
The £130 Double/Couple ( 2 rooms joined together) married couple (or a single person ). Marriage certificate required.
The Home office places strict rules on overseas couples where ones a student and the others a dependant , so the latter applicants (as well as all applicants have to referenced deeply) .
Note there are 52 weeks a year .Thats average 4.3333 weeks per calender month. Multiply the weekly rent by 4.3333 weeks to get to the rent per calender month.
The House Has been set up with safety in mind and any residence has to follow the house cleanliness, fire, safety & overcrowding rules.
The house is in excellent condition .
Clean, well equipped , convenient for Kedleston Campus 200m and a mile or 15 minute walk to town centre. Bus stop is 50m or 1 minute walk away both ways.

This house boasts all Mod Cons. Including an 2nd wc cloakroom .

Any applicant trying to book a period shorter might be offered a room with an higher rent per week than published as the principle of letting is the shorter the period the more the rent is per week .
