The fully equipped kitchen has an electric fan oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster; there is a dishwasher and a 7kg washer/dryer and plenty of storage space for food stuffs. There is a full sized fridge/freezer.


At present there is a conservatory space off the sitting room which I use as my artist studio, however this is accessed separately and your space remains private.
Pets are considered by agreement and our 2 dogs and cat are not allowed in your space, unless invited. You will be free to use the garden produce (apples, raspberries and rhubarb particularly)

We are perfectly situated: East Mids Airport, East Mids Parkway, M1 and A50 are within 3 miles and we are just two minutes away from main bus routes into Derby, Nottingham, Loughborough.
