I have a double-bedroom room (With 50inch Smart HD TV) to let in my comfortable gas centrally heated home (close to RR) Sinfin. But also easily accesible to East Midland Airport.. My home is in a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a seperate lounge for you to use with its own large screen tv.. A dining kitchen. Virgin Wi Fi, UHDTV . Driveway parking. I have 2 freezers, 2 fridges, washing machine , a drier in the garage. Plus all the crockery, and cooking utensils to live day to day. In one lounge there is a large smart TV. I have a retired lady friend who does all the cleaning and laundry . that is in with the £150 per week This keeps my home pristine. Also included is Virgin Broadband (as long as excessive downloading is not used) and all bills.. My home is absolutely 100 percent clean, quiet, and a nice place to live plus i make sure everything works. I prefer people who are mature, level headed. I also prefer to let to people working in the area from Monday to Friday {contractors)but have homes elsewhere, but this is not essential. For any potential lodger i do need proof of identity, driving license/ passport, or workplace security paperwork regarding the holder. Because i do not require a deposit i do reserve the right to ask for payment for anything the person lodging damages. This is because in the past i have had people who have tried to take advantage of my home and my trusting nature. I have a garage and storage for a bicycle. I prefer only one lodger at a time although i do have 2 spare bedrooms for you to pick from. The main large bedroom has a built in vanity unit plus a computer desk and chair.
