I have let rooms in my homes for more than 40 years .Probably at least 20 different lodgers. With one exception I got on with all of them. I am a sociable person. I was a teacher before I became a plumber. I am a fund of interesting stories. Fortunately my girlfriend likes listening to them.
Its a lovely room in a lovely house full of books and pictures. My new lodger will have the use of a well equipped kitchen, dining room, tv room and a beautiful garden.
The only rule is that you cant sit on my garden swing when me and my girlfriend are sitting on it. I do have another lodger besides Joe ,my Fijian lodger who lives in the downstairs flat. Her namei is Katerina . She lives in the garage cnversion at the bottom of the garden.
so my new lodger will be joining a caring sharing community. we have all found peace here and so do frequent visitors.
