Sunny double bedroom with own bathroom

I have a lovely double bedroom with separate bathroom for rent from 1/6/2025. The room is bright and sunny and overlooks the river Derwent. It is furnished with a double wardrobe , two side tables and a chest of drawers. The bed is a divan with 4 drawers for extra storage. The bathroom has a bath and shower over and is for your sole use. Shared areas are kitchen, living room and dining room. I also have a south facing garden which I’m sure you will enjoy in the warmer months!
The house is situated in a lovely area with riverside walks on the doorstep. Great for people that enjoy the outdoors. The nearest bus stop is two minutes away and the amenities of Belper a five minute(or less) drive away. There are also three pubs within walking distance..
Ideally I would like to find someone that is pet friendly as I have an indoor cat called Monty and a small dog called Milly. Both are adorable and very friendly! I have a parking space if you have a car and also a garage if you need anything storing.
I’m looking for someone that is easy to get on with but also someone that has respect for someone else’s property and can keep their areas clean and tidy.
