Brand new kitchen with two ovens, hob, intergrated dishwasher, two fridges, two freezers, microwave, toaster and plenty of cupboards. We supply everything from the wine glasses (very important!) to the teaspoons.

There is a breakfast bar, dining table and leather sofa to relax on. There is a 50 inch TV on the wall and 200MB unlimited broadband.

Separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside there is a private sunny garden.

Great location in a culdesac so it is QUIET. Walking distance to Spondon village (pubs and shops) and a 3 minute drive to the A52 for access to Derby/Nottingham/M1.

We preferably rent to professionals and this house is ideal for Rolls Royce or Severn Trent in Raynesway.

All bills are included and off street parking is available.
