Spacious Double Room Available

Hi there, I have a spacious double room for rent. The house is in a quiet residential street and has a huge garden including a large shed at your disposal. The house itself is warm and cosy. I'm a quiet and friendly guy looking for someone who is also quiet and respectful and would clean up after themselves. If you smoke, It would have to be in the garden as it's a smoke free house.

All bills included in the rental price (fair usage policy) and zero deposit.

The room is a large double room and is furnished with a 3 door wardrobe and a double bed and mattress, new mattress protector and mattress topper for extra comfort. Disinfected and washed bedding/pillows included although you can use your own for your own hygiene if you wish.

The room has also got a large armchair and still has plenty of space. There is also a mirror and wash basket for your laundry in the room which I have not pictured and some storage shelves.

There is a beautiful view from the bedroom window as well.

Kitchen has a microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, cooker and washing machine and Dryer for winter clothes drying, Fridge freezer and a counter top freezer, so plenty of space. Usual kitchen Utensils are all available.

Your double room will include a 32 inch TV and Firestick.

I have a 2 year old cat who's very loving and is an indoor cat.

The property is very close by to shops (tesco express, greggs, fish & chip shop. Pizza, Chinese and a pub all within a 4 minute walk) with supermarkets close too and easy access to M1 and M42. Travel time from my place to EMA is 20 minutes by car, to M1 is 15 minutes. Good bus links with a bus stop just 1 minute from the front door.

Bathroom is downstairs and towards the rear of the property. The open plan living area is spacious with plenty of light. Plenty of on street parking, usually right outside the house.

Sometimes I'm away from home and it is extremely important to me that you are clean and tidy and I can trust you to look after my house as if it was yours whilst I'm away.
