Spacious double room with private bathroom.

I have a beautiful, spacious double bedroom available to rent for the winter, just a 2 minute walk from the centre of Ashburton and a 10 minute walk from the Ashburton Cookery School. The room has a large double bed, a big window that catches the morning sun, and a lovely view down the street.

You’ll have your own private bathroom with a rain shower, bath, toilet and sink.
It’s an old house with plenty of character and a few quirks.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate. I have a friendly cocker spaniel, so you’ll need to like dogs.

Unfortunately no pets of your own.
Available immediately until the end of February/March, and I’m happy to consider a shorter stay if that suits you.
