Double room with additional dressing room

Double room, which comes with a dressing room (small room next to main room) available in the Axminster area. The current occupier is moving out after purchasing a house locally. Please note that the dressing room furniture can be removed if you would either like the space or would like to use the space for your own furniture.

The house has three floors. I have my own room, bathroom, and office on the top floor. The room advertised is situated on the middle floor where there is a bathroom that would be shared with my current lodger, a hospitality manager who has the other room on that floor. The ground floor has a completely shared kitchen/dining room, hallway, toilet, and living room. The garden area is also shared. There is also a garage (this can be used for storage if needed) and off-road parking.

Myself and the current lodger are both tidy and clean people who both are very considerate of the neighbours. Any potential lodger would have to be the same.

Only individuals in full time employment will be considered.
