Whole first floor in 3 story house, all bills inc

I have the whole first floor available to rent in a 3 story house. The price includes a double room, a dressing room, a living room and a bathroom.

I am advertising this as a whole because I have my two children stay with me at least 3 times a week so we'll need full use of the downstairs living room during this time.

The kitchen is a completely shared area but I'll need full use of the dining area just when my children are here. The garden area is also shared. There is also a garage (this can be used for storage if needed).

I am a very tidy person who likes to live in a clean house and am very considerate of the neighbours. Any potential lodger would have to be the same.

Only individuals in full time employment will be considered.
