Double room in quiet house

I have a beautiful double room available in Axminster. There is currently 1 lodger in the house. I live elsewhere but visit once a month to check in on the property (you don't need to be there!) to make sure everything is still in perfect working order.

The whole house is well furnished (including bedding) and you will have use of the bathroom, lounge, kitchen, conservatory and garden. There is also a garage with some space for storage.
There is one parking space on the driveway but the current lodger has a car, or there is on road parking but it is a quiet cul-de-sac so parking has never been a problem.

The current lodger is very clean and tidy and works nights so you will probably not see much of him!

The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and there will be plenty of space for food storage as well as a brand new fridge freezer. Full fibre broadband is included as well as all other bills, including council tax.

The bedroom comes with a triple built-in wardrobe. These have both hanging space and some shelves. The bed has space beneath it. There is also a bedside table and lamp.

The bathroom has bath with shower over. The shower is new, powerful, hot and has a large rainwater head as well as a second moveable head.

The lounge currently has no TV or TV licence so this will be needed if you decide to use this. It has a sofa bed and 2 arm chairs.

The garden has a BBQ and furniture with a fire pit. You are welcome to use all facilities provided.
