Light and clean room rent. Bills are £100 per month, this includes electricity and wifi. There is one bathroom with bath and separate shower. And a downstairs toilet. The house will be empty for most of the week and some weekends . I have a small dog that travels through the week with me. I have a very large garden with a summer house, which you are welcome to use. There is space for off road parking, but also plenty of parking within the cul de sac. It's a quiet, residential area, on the outskirts of the town, but only a 10 minute walk from the station. As mentioned before, I work away for a large part of the week, so you will have lots of time to yourself.
